ThE Process Today

The hiring process today involves inefficient middlemen, Job boards & professional networking websites. Just like any centralized business the top priority for these businesses is to create additional services to charge the clients. This creates an ecosystem which is broken since its doing everything else except hiring the right way.

The Hiring manager shares the job with the Internal recruiter who in turn posts it on the Job Boards & shares it with Recruitment agencies.

The agency recruiters don't understand the industry and job well. There are multiple factors that determine a candidates success in a position. These factors can only be obtained by working in similar environment  & setting.

Since the initial screening is done by people who don't understand they job well the Company hiring team ends up with 90% unqualified candidates. Abundant amount of time & money wasted in filtering & talking to the wrong candidates.

 

Hiring in ThE FUTURE

ThEmployer ecosystem will auto shortlist the job candidates which means that the client teams will not waste time scrolling through wrong candidates. The process after this is going to be distributed where each user will be able to contribute to the hiring process.

  • Each evaluator will  be ranked as they go through different hiring cycles of different companies. The ranking will be determined by the rating of the past success in finding the right people.

  • This is a huge benefit as the system automatically spits out the underperforming evaluators, prioritizing the ones with a better success record. For clients this ensures top grade candidates that will truly create value.
